SCR WILL NEVER SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
All products sold by Steven Klein’s Sound Control Room, Inc. (SCR) are sold as acoustic treatments and not “soundproofing” materials unless expressly written. Warranty and specifications are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Guaranteed to improve the acoustic accuracy of your room but may not remove all the acoustic anomalies. Product measurements are nominal and may vary. We reserve the right to make changes to our products.
If a customer installs the product, SCR is not responsible for any injuries to persons or damage to the equipment caused by the installation. SCR is not responsible for compliance with building codes.
30-Day RETURN or EXCHANGE POLICY: Returns or Exchanges are valid on stock items only. Items must be in their original condition, in their original carton, and is subject to a 25% restocking charge. No refund or exchange is available on the following products;
- – Acoustic Foam Products
- – Custom Gobos or Vocal Booths
- – Primacoustic Products
- – Cut Product Orders (vinyl per Linear foot, fabric, stripping, insulation)
DAMAGED ORDERS: You must inspect all orders before the courier leaves the delivery site. Please refer to our Transport/Delivery Policy.
ONLINE ORDERS: The placement of an online order is proof the buyer has read the Foam Facts on our website and agrees to all terms. Most product orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and paid in full at the time of the order. See 30-Day Return or Exchange for additional information.
CUSTOM/SPECIALTY ORDERS: Custom/Specialty orders are processed upon client approval, receipt of a signed Purchase Order, and payment in full unless otherwise pre-approved by SCR. Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Custom/Specialty Order items must be picked up or delivered within 20 days after completion.
LEAD TIMES: Current lead time may vary on manufacturers. SCR posts average lead times on individual product pages. Contact SCR directly for the exact lead time.
