Shipping costs are NOT included. Estimate @ 15 – 20%. We are doing everything we can to keep shipping costs down. If we get lower rates, for example, for short distances, we will pass the savings on to you. Shipping may be estimated at the time you wish to place the order.
Payment by ETF is preferred, check or money order: 60% non-refundable deposit, balance including shipping due when ready to ship. An additional 3% charge is added for all credit card payments.
Lead Time is 4 – 8 weeks, but it may change as production is limited. The delivery date will be estimated when you place the order.
DISCLAIMERS
- Measurements are nominal +/- 1”
- We reserve the right to make changes to our products.
- Gobos are custom hand-made furniture items. Slight color variations and imperfections should be expected.
- The manufacturer does not guarantee that laminated glass will be free of imperfections, but the glass will be inspected before it is installed. Gobos are shipped with glass installed.
- Wheel carriages need to be installed, and hardware and instructions supplied.
- We cannot warranty. Different manufacturers supply materials.
- We pride ourselves on quality workmanship. Gobo’s will have a long and useful lifespan. We will support you with any issues. Because of the shipping complications, Gobos cannot be returned for service. Sound Control Room does not provide any remote service.
- Shipping claims must be handled directly with the provider. You are responsible for providing the shipper with any documentation they may require.
